Firebase Marketing Website
This was the first Firebase Marketing website under the Google Brand since they were acquired and launched at Google I/O in 2016. It uses the initial framework I designed for the Google Developer's website with a layer of customization to fit Firebase’s unique marketing needs.
Summary of my key contributions:
• Participated in bi-weekly research studies for external developer feedback which influenced our designs and complex navigational structure.
• Manage illustrators and establish timelines from concept to asset delivery.
• Defined the whole mobile responsive experience.
• Laid the basic foundation for the Firebase website and console by defining the major key components.
• Solved complex navigational issues by creating top level tabs for a clearer path between documentation and marketing.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with senior stakeholders from the Firebase team, DevSite Eng team, our content writers, and Marketing teams.
• Provide detailed weekly action-items for each contributing member to keep us on schedule.
• Mentored our Firebase Visual Designer on all-things Material in a 3-day sprint, and ramped her up to lead the designs for the Firebase console.
