MarketPlace Website Rebrand
My Research colleague and I presented the MarketPlace Rebrand project in our monthly UX team sync (~100+ peers). We put together slides around the business objectives, metrics, key partners, road maps, UX screens, and overall process including research initiatives. This was the third "rebrand and redesign" project I had implemented on the MarketPlace team within two years of being there. UX accomplished a lot on this team and ran way ahead of third-party Dev team allowing us to pick up projects we initiated for overall improvements.
For this presentation, we used Bitmoji's for entertainment amongst our peers. After presenting I got a note from an attendee that our talk was one of the most engaging they've seen at the company. We had a little fun with it while still able to communicate our achievements.
