WorkMarket Ecosystem & Site Map
Did a complete Mobile App audit for WorkMarket to illustrate the existing site map, highlight navigation, web views, and the overall flows. The app had gaps, usability issues (from user feedback), and inconsistencies. This allowed us to view those problem areas and address them on a page level. It also allowed us to plan new pages and flows in the existing ecosystem. We were able fix bugs, made product updates and decisions just by using this as a guide for deeper dives.
